  • Be the main point of contact for all of your vendors

  • Create a timeline for your vendors and bridal party

  • Contact all vendors 1 month prior to your wedding day to confirm logistics

  • Attend the final walk through at the venue

  • Coordinate all day of details, including set up and take down

  • Oversee clean up and the return of items to their pre-determined location

  • Distribute vendor payouts/tips

  • Serve as a resource through the planning process

  • Provide vendor referrals and recommendations based on your aesthetic & budget

  • Assist with the overall styling of your wedding (colors, wedding party attire, invitations, flowers, décor, etc.)

  • Curate an inspiration board for your big day and provide to vendors for a visual of the overall look and feel

  • Create and manage hotel accommodations for your guests

  • Unlimited phone and email correspondence with you and your vendors
